Medical Assistants & Patient Coordinators

We have an immediate opening & are looking for a Front Desk Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our patients. You will be responsible for answering phones & messages, greeting patients, registering, giving estimates of services, collecting payments & giving follow-up orders. The ideal candidate will have a background in primary or concierge care, computer & communication skills, and a great attitude. We are a family practice and do medical exams, preventive care & holistic medicine. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, emails & messages & provide info & make appointments.
• Greet & register patients, check insurance eligibility & benefits, give estimates of charges, & collect payments.
• Get the patient's medical & vaccination history. Upload documents & enter orders into EHR.
• Complete forms, give orders & follow up instructions to patients.
• Multi-tasking, computer & communication skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
• Min 1-year experience in primary care practice. Spanish speaking will be a plus.
