Took my stepdad here and he got everything done here for his work permit and green card. I was only there once but all of them were polite and respectful! They even had coffee there and bathroom was clean.

Dr. Neema Malhotra and her team is caring and friendly. We had our i-639 forms done here a few years back in their previous office. Now we are doing our parents' forms in the Milpitas Office. They take care of you in a timely manner and check the correctness multiple times to make sure no mistakes..

I scheduled appointment with the clinic one day before and they managed to fit me in next day. I was contacted by front desk lady before arrival to notify me the price and insurance terms, which is very helpful. Met Doctor Kachouei and he took care of me during the whole process. He's very patient and kind to learn about the health issue I'm facing. He provided me his professional assessment and possible direction to deal with the symptoms, even practiced alongside with me. He also asked my insurance coverage and helped me to stay with my budget without doing unnecessary lab test. The whole time when I was there, Doctor Kachouei Shared me with his knowledge and positivity to cheer me up. Even when the assistant told him the next patient had been waiting for a while, he still was patient with me and spent another 10 mins to make sure I was okay and all my concerns were addressed. My first visit here is definitely a positive one. They truly care about your well-being and show sympathy for the pain you've been through.

グリーンカードの申請にあたり健康診断I-693のために利用しました。保険なしで検診料295ドルだったかな？(採血と予防接種は別)患者(訪問者)もほとんどビザ申請目的でした。ドクターもスタッフもグリーンカードプロセスのことがしっかりわかってて、とてもスムーズに終わりました。そして、スタッフもドクターも皆さんとても親切で、質問にもしっかり答えてくれました。私の場合は、「1.このドクターへ訪問してビザ申請書類提出と体重や身長などの基本的な診断をする2.血液検査のために他のラボへ行って採血(結果はドクターへ自動に送られる) 3.ウォールマートで予防接種を受ける4.再びドクターを訪問してサイン&I-693を受け取る」もというプロセスでした。2と3をいつやるかによりますが私は1〜4まで一週間で終わりました。最初の訪問前には、I-693を印刷して、母子手帳を読んで自分が何の予防接種をしているか英語に訳したメモを持って行くと良いと思います。母子手帳本体は不要ですが、「その訳したメモのコピー撮らせて」と言われました。最後のサインした申請書類はしっかりコピーを取って、メールでPDF版を送ってくれます。封をしたI-69­3をもらった時には"Congratulation!"って言ってくれて、よっしゃーあと少しビザの準備がんばろー！って気持ちになりました！笑待合室には日本の方もビザ申請のために来ていました。みなさんもビザ申請の健康診断にはこちらをオススメします。

Dr. Ben was friendly and always there to address any questions I had. Dr. Neema was helpful with my timelines. The office staff were polite and caring. Overall positive experience.

This place is heaven sent! My in-laws needed to get immigration medical/I-693 done for their green card change of status, and let me tell you, it's DIFFICULT to find a reasonable priced and reliable Civic Doctor around. I called various place, absurd pricing and far from my North San Jose residence.Great first impression right away, Dr. Malhotra called me and helped me schedule my in-laws' visit. When we came, Navii helped us get the paperwork information processed, their documents and visit fee is affordable. Then Dr. Sanchez did their physical and immunization screening. Then she had us go to their third party lab partnership for blood work, and Walmart for the vaccinations.A few days later, their I-693 was complete, Dr. Malhotra completes the rest of the packet and provides us with the confidential documents to submit to USCIS. If you have any immigration medical needs, the fear of finding a reliable and affordable place is no longer a problem, I've done the research for future applicants, go to Silicon Valley Medical Clinic.Cheers!

I had an exceptional experience with the team at the San Jose clinic. Everyone in the clinic was very friendly, helpful and relaxing to be around. The team was very professional and thorough with our green card medical papers. Alice at the front desk is wonderful- patient gives all information. Then Dr. Neema was very thorough, sat with us and went through all the forms. The other nurses and doctors who examined us were also patient, thorough. Green cards were dispatched in 5 weeks after we sent in the forms.

Dr. Neema is such a sweet person, she explains everything so clearly & walk you through the entire process. Before deciding to move forward with her, it took me a few weeks of research to finally decide to go with her. 10/10!
