"Dr. Malhotra and her staff will provide you with topnotch service from the time you set an appointment to getting your sealed I-693. They will guide you through the entire process, and will provide you resources which you can use to get an overview of what needs to be done prior to your first visit. If you are missing immunizations and needing laboratory workup, her staff will offer you options that will allow you to do it with their partner laboratory/ies or through your own provider. Overall, my experience with them was exceptional and fast. If you are in need of a physician to help you with your I-693, I highly recommend Dr. Malhotra. You won't regret it."

Thank you to Dr. Neema and Dr. Sanchez for facilitating our physical exam process for immigration. The front desk receptionist was responsive and friendly, and Dr. Sanchez took extra care in helping us with Rx refills. Dr. Neema is personable and knowledgeable about the process. A good place to go if you don't have insurance and are willing to pay cash for services.
Dr. Ben Kachouei is the third PCP I have had in my life and he is my favorite. I find him really easy to talk to, organized, and I don't feel rushed. I use a lot of alternative medicine and find I can't always tell doctors what I am thinking or doing on those fronts, but do not feel any such hesitancy with Dr. Ben. He's always been available in emergencies and for brief follow-up questions/needs as well. I scheduled appointment with the clinic one day before and they managed to fit me in next day. I was contacted by front desk lady before arrival to notify me the price and insurance terms, which is very helpful. Met Doctor Kachouei and he took care of me during the whole process. He's very patient and kind to learn about the health issue I'm facing. He provided me his professional assessment and possible direction to deal with the symptoms, even practiced alongside with me. He also asked my insurance coverage and helped me to stay with my budget without doing unnecessary lab test. The whole time when I was there, Doctor Kachouei Shared me with his knowledge and positivity to cheer me up. Even when the assistant told him the next patient had been waiting for a while, he still was patient with me and spent another 10 mins to make sure I was okay and all my concerns were addressed. My first visit here is definitely a positive one. They truly care about your well-being and show sympathy for the pain you've been through. Thanks to Dr Neema and Mr. Vinod for making this part of the immigration process painless and thorough. They provided very clear instructions and guided me through the whole process. The appointment was easy to schedule. I was able to get all the tests and vaccination done as per Dr Neema's instruction and get the whole report completed within a week. - 1
