About Dr. Neema Malhotra

Dr. Neema Malhotra is an experienced physician with over 40 years of clinical practice, currently serving patients in Milpitas and San Jose, California, at the heart of Silicon Valley in the Bay Area.

She is a board-trained Pediatrician and Family Medicine practitioner with additional experience in Allergy and Medical Aesthetics. In addition to conventional medicine, Dr. Malhotra incorporates principles of functional medicine, taking a holistic, patient-centered approach focused on long-term health, prevention, and overall well-being.

Dr. Malhotra completed her medical education at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India, followed by extensive postgraduate training and fellowships in leading institutions in the United States. She remains actively engaged in ongoing learning and keeps up with advances in medical science, technology, and integrative healthcare.

Her professional recognitions include multiple honors such as being listed among the “Top 50 Pediatricians” in national-level peer competitions involving thousands of physicians.

She is also fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, and has working knowledge of medical Spanish. Our clinical team further supports patients in Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Tagalog, and Telugu, with access to professional interpreter services when needed.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Malhotra enjoys exercise, lifelong learning, and science fiction, reflecting her interest in both science and innovation.

Dr. Malhotra is the founder of USCIS Clinic, P.C., a California Medical Professional Corporation providing immigration medical examinations (Form I-693) for patients in Milpitas and San Jose and Silicon Valley.

With over 16 years of healthcare leadership experience, she has been involved in supporting tens of thousands of immigration medical examinations through the clinic’s operations and physician team.

Under her leadership, USCIS Clinic has developed a streamlined, patient-focused process designed to ensure:

• Accurate and USCIS-compliant documentation
• Efficient turnaround times
• Clear guidance throughout the immigration medical process
• A smooth, stress-free patient experience

All immigration medical examinations are performed by USCIS-designated civil surgeons within the practice, ensuring full compliance with federal & USCIS requirements. While Dr. Malhotra herself is not currently designated as a civil surgeon, she oversees clinic operations, quality standards, and patient care systems.
