Dr Malhotra has been my family doctor and pediatric for both my kids (aged 8 years & 15 years now) since Nov 2014 when I moved to Milpitas/CA from Canada..she & her clinic has been on my emergency call list. Very much satisfied all services provided by this clinic, Dr Malhotra along with Dr Ben Kachouei (and earlier Dr. Melissa) have been through professionals; keeps their patient's as their first priority always. I remember them calling me back over the weekend to check if everything was okay when my son accidentally called up the clinic. Dr. Ben has been even counselling us well on all our medical queries on every visit (or via Video Conference) and immediately refers us to the best of the specialists available in case needed, finding proactively on his own based on our Insurance network. His energy is infinite and can counsel you for hours until you are not fully satisfied with his advises :) . I also like that they have all services under one roof including pediatric, Visa Medical tests, etc.. that as a family medical practitioner one would need without the need to start from a big hospital where you don't have that personal touch and luxury of speaking to the familiar Doctor every time. Very professional and efficient service! 服务快捷周到，强力推荐！ I really recommend Dr Neema, She is very knowledgeable and professional.I called immediately the next day I got my first visit appointment and she gave lab instructions where to do tests and vaccinations. Once the results were available they scheduled the next day for the appointment and got the sealed medical envelope. Wonderful service! Appointments are always available. The doctor and the staffs are extremely helpful with any questions. They are very accommodative of the schedules and explain the process very clearly. Highly recommend it! Dr.Neema and her staff are very friendly and flexible in getting your things done. She changed her office but she did my TB clearance form for free. Her office is always like friends and family. They always go above and beyond with a bright smile and amazing warmth. She even helped with my Mother in-law's India prescription. She was always available on phone as well for any emergency questions. We used Neema Malhotras service to get the required checkup for Greencard. Everything was very smooth, right from getting a quick appointment and explaining the process what needs to be done, providing the lab order etc all went on smoothly.
