Dr. Neema Malhotra and her team is caring and friendly. We had our i-639 forms done here a few years back in their previous office. Now we are doing our parents' forms in the Milpitas Office. They take care of you in a timely manner and check the correctness multiple times to make sure no mistakes..

Awesome experience doing my immigration medical at their Milpitas location. Dr. Neema and her team are very responsive and friendly. They also helped following up with labs on any delays. Special shout out to Simar who kept me up to date via multiple channels when lab got delayed (Lab issue). Would definitely recommend it.

phenomenally outstanding services are provided here, they walk you through every step and are very detailed about everything. also if you have children don’t mind on bringing them as they accommodate them very well.

The staff are quite helpful and supportive in completing the forms -- thank you for the great experience, Sushant, Vinod, and Dr. Malhotra. Just be sure to double check the forms for the correctness before turning them in. Also, note that there's an upper limit of 30-day validity on some of the tests, so best to get your forms done during then.

Wouldn't recommend any other place for green card medicals. It's very hard to please me, but I was amazed at the efficiency at this place, everything was well planned and executed to perfection. I got the whole process finished in 4 days, most of it waiting for lab tests. They have tremendous experience in this area and would high recommend it for anyone looking to get their green card medicals done

Went there for immigration medical exam. Very flexible and short notice appointment, very knowledgeable receptionist. Less expensive than other places and a great experience. Dr. Sanchez was very patient with my questions and made great suggestions. Can't think of any better way to handle the exam.

We had a great experience for I-693 and medicals with Dr. Neema Malhotra & her team at at Milpitas office. Their website has all the information, forms etc and they take utmost care to not miss out on any of the steps, everything is done diligently to fill the form. They also have recommendations for labs for testing, vaccinations which is helpful. I would say that just go to this Clinic and you will have everything you need for a completed I-693 - sealed and ready in a week's time.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Dr. Malhotra and the clinic. They explained the entire procedure clearly, recommended diagnostics and guidelines to get blood tests and vaccines.

Dr. Malhotra and SVM clinic staff are very professional and patient. The team was very professional and thorough with our green card medical papers. Alice at the front desk is wonderful- patient gives all information. Then Dr. Neema was very thorough, sat with us and went through all the forms. The other nurses and doctors who examined us were also patient, thorough. Green cards were dispatched in 5 weeks after we sent in the forms.

I visited Dr Malhotra for my and my wife's immigration medical. First of all they were very accommodative about scheduling and the staff was pretty polite about providing us with information. We had some of the tests done through their staff which was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Dr Malhotra personally would email or call back to take care of scheduling time. Since we didn't have our prior medical records for some of the vaccinations, we were working within very constrained timeline and needed to get the process expedited. Dr Malhotra was more than cooperative and she went out of the way to meet us outside her working hours to complete all the paper formalities. She came prepared with every single thing we would have needed for filing the medical results and went through every small details and she made sure we understand every single point mentioned in the document. The pricing was reasonable and experience was satisfactory. I would surely recommend her to anyone looking for smooth sailing immigration physical checkup experience.

I had called in on a Friday which was a very last minute call because I wanted to bring my brother in. The receptionist had informed me that there was no appointment available but Dr. Ben Kachouie still managed to put us on schedule which was really nice of him. He has the nicest personality and is very good with both kids and adults. I have been coming here since I was a kid and I love this place with my heart! The people are just so genuine and Dr. Neema has literally seen me grow up! I would highly suggest seeing Dr. Ben and Dr. Neema. They are both very professional and very knowledgeable!

This is my first and probably only review. Dr Ben. That's all I need to say. Dr Ben is great with our son. My fiancée and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, wait isn't too long. Coming from Stanford doctors and hospital our expectations are pretty high and Dr. Ben and this office did not disappoint.Thank you Dr. Ben for everything you do for our son, don't change a thing!!
