I came here for my immigration medical exam. Dr Malhotra and Dr Sanchez are so knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the process of the examination and all of the vaccinations and tests I needed, and answered all the questions I had. The office assistant Navii was very helpful during my appointment and provided me with copies of my forms at the end. The whole process was very fast and smooth, greatly recommend this office.

Very quick and simple service, Dr. Malhotra know what details are expected and what exams and tests are necessary, it's easy to communicate and discuss all questions. She also can give an advice on how make things better, easier and quicker. One thing which I wasn't happy about: as soon as assistant figured out my workplace, he was trying to charge me as much as possible and added additional strongly recommended options. One more nonsense: 50$ charge to print 14 pages. I thought paper will be made from silver, but not - usual paper. So overall from exam perspective - experience is friendly and smooth, they trying to make sure you get things done as fast as possible no matter how many people have appointments, but you can easily get overcharged there. Also, no response on emails, maybe they don't have resources to answer emails, so any questions can be addressed in person only.

I went there to do the Immigration Medical Exam in order to have a complete form of I-693. It was my first visit. The whole process was sooo smooth and comfortable! The receptionists were friendly and Dr. Neema was very patient and took close attention to my documents! They also suggested to me the nearby walk-in lab so I could do my blood test within the same day. Definitely a wonderful experience! Tip: Please read through the FAQ section on the website and follow the instructions before visiting; it would be so much more efficient for both parties.

I did my immigration medical/I-693 exam done here. Overall it was a very smooth experience. Price is very reasonable. Dr.Sanchez did our initial processing who I found to be very friendly. She answered all of our questions. Dr. Malhotra personally called me on a Saturday when they were actually closed to address my concerns. Overall I am very happy with the staff and the entire process.

Dr. Malhotra and staff are the SVM Clinic staff are very professional and patient. They helped me with my immigration paperwork and I absolutely recommend their services. Please plan ahead as it might take more time to get the paperwork completed. They are through and very deligent.

I recommend Dr Neema, She is very knowledgeable and professional.I called immediately the next day I got my first visit appointment and she gave lab instructions where to do tests and vaccinations. Once the results were available they scheduled the next day for the appointment and got the sealed medical envelope.

The staff are very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and Dr. Neema has a calm and friendly personality, same goes to the rest of the staff. My second visit was an urgent situation and although the office was about to close, they kindly stayed longer and handled everything nothing less than perfect. I scheduled appointment with the clinic one day before and they managed to fit me in next day. I was contacted by front desk lady before arrival to notify me the price and insurance terms, which is very helpful. Met Doctor Kachouei and he took care of me during the whole process. He's very patient and kind to learn about the health issue I'm facing. He provided me his professional assessment and possible direction to deal with the symptoms, even practiced alongside with me. He also asked my insurance coverage and helped me to stay with my budget without doing unnecessary lab test. The whole time when I was there, Doctor Kachouei Shared me with his knowledge and positivity to cheer me up. Even when the assistant told him the next patient had been waiting for a while, he still was patient with me and spent another 10 mins to make sure I was okay and all my concerns were addressed. My first visit here is definitely a positive one. They truly care about your well-being and show sympathy for the pain you've been through.
