1. Clients Register & Make Appointments

Clients Make Appointment on our website, complete intake forms for vaccinations and health history based on USCIS Technical Guide for Civil Surgeons. All appointments, demographics and documents are visible to you.

2. Our Doctor Reviews Records and Give Orders

Our physicians check vaccination records, assess gaps per USCIS/CDC & your guidelines, and provide orders for vaccines, lab tests, and X-rays to clients. We explain the process, guide clients to complete labs, vaccinations, and radiology quickly. We coordinate insurance coverage for low cost, convenience, and expediency. We collect fees for our services and yours.

We have partnerships with Quest, LabCorp, Foundation, and IHD Labs for all your lab needs. You will have access to lab reports, vaccination records, intake forms, and I-693 form, allowing you to conduct a focused immigration medical exam and document the exam, complete the I-693 form, and provide the sealed envelope.

3. Client Gets Labs, Vaccinations & X-ray done

Clients complete required blood and urine tests per orders and get missing vaccines and bring records before the visit. We verify that orders have been completed & lab reports & documents are uploaded.

4. Client Visits Civil Surgeon

Once labs, vaccinations, and X-ray report (if needed) are all completed, client will be scheduled to see you. Your role is focused on the physical exam, verification, and signing & processing the final I-693 form.
