					Dr. Neema is very detail oriented and very responsive. I turned to Dr. Neema for help to get a second copy of my I693 form as USCIS claimed that they never received my first I693, and my original doctor went out of country for 2 months. Dr. Neema and Vino were very attentive and patient, providing detailed answers and guidance, which made the process smooth. I also really appreciate their flexibility and kindness. I did my first appointment at the Milpitas office and decided to do the follow up one at the San Jose office due to my work schedule. They managed to squeeze in an appointment on the same day and offered to stay late after hour to help me complete the forms. I was able to get all the tests and vaccination done very easily as per Dr. Neema's instruction and get the whole report completed within 10 days.
