The following information is for educational purposes and not intended as medical advice. Vaccinations needed will depend on your age, medical history, travel history, associated risk factors, and requirements set by USCIS, CDC or other entities.<\/p>\n

Please schedule an appointment with Dr. Neema Malhotra, MD to determine which vaccinations you need for immigration medicals for green card (must be a Civil Surgeon), or any healthcare provider for school, college, employment, DMV or preventive care.<\/p>\n

COVID-19 Vaccine NOT required\u00a0 (Effective 1\/22\/2025)<\/p>\n

\u200bPlease note that USCIS vaccination requirements are specific to foreign-born immigrants seeking permanent residency. These may differ from CDC guidelines for U.S.-born citizens, as well as requirements for work, school, college, or travel. USCIS Civil Surgeons must follow USCIS guidelines for the I-693 Medical Exam.<\/strong><\/p>\n
